We do not operate a deadline for receipt of applications but there are no reductions in cost if you enrol after the commencement of the course. Where we receive sufficient interest we would positively consider repeating an autumn course in the spring. Please apply promptly to avoid disappointment.

You may enrol by post using the form in this brochure and should pay by cheque. If you are enrolling by post for more than one course, then separate cheques are needed for each course. We are sorry that this makes things a little more time consuming but it allows us to refund your money quickly if there are no places left on a course or, as occasionally happens, we have to cancel a course.

In person From Monday 10 September our staff will be happy to help you enrol in person during office hours which are: Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm (including over lunch time).

If you enrol in person you may pay in cash or by cheque.

By telephone Whilst we do not enrol students by phone we should be able to advise you if you are likely to get a place on the course.

Confirmation of Enrolment When you enrol for a course you will receive a Confirmation of Enrolment. If you have provided your e-mail details this will be sent to your email address. This will be given to you on the spot if you enrol in person or sent to you if you enrol by post. The Confirmation of Enrolment is your only acknowledgement of enrolment. If you enrol by post and have not received your Confirmation of Enrolment within ten days, then please let us know.

Over-subscribed and cancelled courses Numbers in most cases are limited and applications are dealt with in the order we receive them. You are strongly advised to enrol early. It is always worth contacting us to check just in case there are still places.

Unfortunately, we are unable to run courses that are under-subscribed so all our courses are offered subject to a certain minimum enrolment. Occasionally, we are forced to cancel a course. If this happens, we shall let you know as soon as we can and refund your enrolment fee.

Please enrol early if you can. Early enrolment reduces our administration and our costs and helps us provide better service and better value.
